Vacuum casting, also an urethane casting or Polyurethane casting, is a manufacturing process In which resin material is put into a mould with the help of a vacuum.
This process offers great flexibility and is capable of replicating the results achieved through injection molding, allowing for the creation of complex parts using polyurethane resins and cast nylon.
One of the key advantages of vacuum casting is its ability to produce high-quality castings without any bubbles or imperfections. The vacuum environment helps to eliminate air trapped within the mold, resulting in smooth surface textures and flawless finishes.
