Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer with expertise in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), and Fusion 360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design and engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

  • Engineering Analysis: Utilize CFD for fluid flow and thermal analysis. Perform structural and mechanical simulations using CAE tools. Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality departments. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and company regulations. Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and validation reports. Maintain design records and revisions in accordance with company protocols.
  • Product Design & Development: Design and develop 3D models, prototypes, and engineering drawings using Fusion 360. Ensure the structural integrity and feasibility of designs through CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) simulations. Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • CFD & CAE Analysis: Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer, and aerodynamics. Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using CAE tools to ensure product durability and efficiency. Interpret simulation results and implement design improvements accordingly.
  • Technical Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify design challenges and provide engineering solutions to improve product functionality. Develop innovative designs that align with industry trends and emerging technologies. Use automation tools and scripting (Python, MATLAB, etc.) to optimize design workflows.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain design documentation, validation reports, and technical records. Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance teams to meet certification requirements.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Lead design reviews, project discussions, and client presentations.
  • Project Management & Timelines: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Work on cost optimization strategies without compromising product quality. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external consultants when required.
Qualifications And Key Skills:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in design engineering with expertise in CFD, CAE, and Fusion 360.
  • Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and structural analysis.
  • Proficiency in Fusion 360, ANSYS, SolidWorks, and other CAE/CFD tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.

Jr. Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the creation, development, and enhancement of mechanical components and systems for our products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, proficiency in utilizing CAD software, and a proven track record of producing inventive and practical design solutions.

  • Ability to capture and specify the design requirements.
  • Research concept ideas using mathematical modeling to work out whether new developments and innovations would work and be cost-effective.
  • Utilize CAD software (such as SolidWorks, Fusion360, Ansys) to generate detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for mechanical components and systems.

Technician

The Technician / Operator in an Additive Manufacturing company is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting 3D printing equipment. The role includes preparing print jobs, monitoring the printing process, conducting post-processing (such as buffing, finishing, and polishing), and ensuring high-quality production of components.

  • Machine Operation & Setup: Operate various 3D printing technologies (MJF, SLA, FDM, DMLS, etc.), Prepare and load raw materials (filaments, resins, powders, or metals) and Configure and calibrate machine settings based on print specifications.
  • Print Job Preparation & Execution: Process CAD files and use slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Fusion 360, etc.), Ensure proper orientation and support structures for optimal printing, and Monitor print jobs for quality control and detect any defects.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of 3D printers and Follow safety protocols when handling materials and equipment.
  • Post-Processing & Finishing: Support Removal: Carefully remove supports without damaging the part. Cleaning: Use chemical baths, ultrasonic cleaners, or compressed air to remove excess material. Buffing & Sanding: Smooth rough surfaces using sandpaper, grinders, or buffing tools. Polishing: Apply polishing compounds, vapor smoothing, or mechanical polishing techniques for a refined finish.
  • Painting & Coating: Apply paints, coatings, or protective layers to enhance durability and aesthetics.
  • Assembly & Fitment: If applicable, assemble multi-part components and ensure proper alignment.
  • Quality Control & Documentation: Inspect printed parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Provide feedback on printing efficiency and material consumption.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with hand tools, polishing equipment, and surface finishing techniques.

We’re looking for a Regional Head – Sales who can lead and manage a team of Senior and Junior BDEs (Account Managers), drive regional revenue, and strengthen client relationships across manufacturing sectors including automotive, consumer goods, electronics, and medical devices. This role is critical in achieving our annual revenue goal while ensuring end-to-end service delivery across accounts.

  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of Sr. and Jr. BDEs in your assigned region
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met via direct team performance
  • Implement and track incentive structures, CRM discipline, and upselling efforts
