The SLA 880 machine utilizes Stereolithography (SLA), an additive manufacturing method that employs an ultraviolet (UV) laser to precisely target a reservoir of photopolymer resin. This sophisticated system integrates computer-aided design (CAD) software to guide the UV laser in tracing a pre-defined design onto the resin's surface. As photopolymers are exposed to UV light, they undergo photochemical solidification, enabling the formation of one layer of the intended 3D object. This layer-by-layer process is meticulously repeated until it completes the fabrication of the entire 3D object.
