Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

Capabilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset

Eligibility:

Embedded Systems Engineer (intern)

Skills:

  • CortexA, 8051, Atmel AVR32, STM32 Family, EEPROM

Interfacing:

  • sensors, Accelerometers, ADC, Bluetooth, dc motor, motor driver )

Languages:

  • C, assembly language

Protocol:

  • USB, UART, RS232, RS485

Desired technical skills (must have):

  • Proficient in C / C++, assembly language
  • 8/16/32 bit microcontroller programming, knowledge of 8051, Arduino, ATMEL, STM32 family controller
  • Interfacing to microcontroller:ADC, DAC, Sensors, Bluetooth, IMU sensors,wifietc
  • Worked on various dc motor interfacing and tuning
  • Knowledge of various communication protocols like USB, UART, I2C, and SPI
  • Able to understand technical datasheets, reference manuals

Eligibility :

  • Hand on experience on pcb designing, analog and digital circuit designing.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics.
  • Ability to effectively use a Volt/Ohm meter and an Oscilloscope.
  • Assemble, test, or maintain electronic components
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and analog system design and testing
  • Strong skills in embedded hardware product design and support
  • Test, debug and validate hardware design
  • Support debugging, trouble shooting, and correction of defects

Capabilities:

  • Create account profiles and key executive profiles for identified suspects/prospect customers daily
  • Responsible for collecting market data and evaluating information from diverse market sources
  • Manage in-depth primary and secondary research (trends, analysis, insights, market-sizing, product analysis etc.) and consolidate information into actionable items, reports as well as presentation
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and upcoming digital technologies
  • Using online tools for marketing like emails, b2b, image posting, to create qualified databases for successful campaigns
  • Understand business requirements and structure the research report to meet the objectives
  • Responsible for the development of client reports on current trends
  • Making sure that methods of data collection are effective and accurate
