Sales Development Representative (Intern)

Job Description:

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
  • Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

Capabilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset
  • Superior communications skills, excellent verbal capacity, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
  • Competitive and self-driven
  • Energy, passion, humour, compassion and enthusiasm
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player. Enjoys task based and goal based work

Eligibility:

  • Experience in CRM tools and software’s will be highly anticipated
  • A self-starter with a track record of time management, proven customer service skills and exceptionally organized.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Liberal Arts is a must
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
