• Inquiry & Quotation Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/services. Prepare and share quotations in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain quotation logs and follow up with potential clients.
• Customer Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups on shared quotations to close sales. Maintain records of communication with prospects and clients using CRM tools. Update clients on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Payment Coordination: Follow up with customers on pending and upcoming payments. Coordinate with accounts/finance team to track invoices and payment confirmations. Resolve any payment-related issues or disputes.

Qualifications And Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years of experience customer support roles (preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or 3D printing industries)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM is a plus

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the Laravel PHP framework, focusing on both front-end and back-end development.

• Perform database migrations and optimize queries for performance and scalability.

Qualifications And Key Skills:

• Engineering Analysis: Utilize CFD for fluid flow and thermal analysis. Perform structural and mechanical simulations using CAE tools. Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality departments. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and company regulations. Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and validation reports. Maintain design records and revisions in accordance with company protocols.
• Product Design & Development: Design and develop 3D models, prototypes, and engineering drawings using Fusion 360. Ensure the structural integrity and feasibility of designs through CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) simulations. Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• CFD & CAE Analysis: Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer, and aerodynamics. Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using CAE tools to ensure product durability and efficiency. Interpret simulation results and implement design improvements accordingly.
• Technical Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify design challenges and provide engineering solutions to improve product functionality. Develop innovative designs that align with industry trends and emerging technologies. Use automation tools and scripting (Python, MATLAB, etc.) to optimize design workflows.
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain design documentation, validation reports, and technical records. Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance teams to meet certification requirements.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Lead design reviews, project discussions, and client presentations.

• Application of Finishes: Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to 3D printed parts.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure a high-quality finish and adherence to safety and environmental regulations specific to 3D printed materials.
• Repair and Touch-Up: Perform repair and touch-up work on existing painted 3D printed parts.
• Maintenance: Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Project Execution: Follow blueprints, specifications, and instructions to complete painting projects for 3D printed parts.
